I’m Stephane Russo, founder of Notary 10X. Before building my business, I worked in healthcare leadership. When it was time to rebuild, I became a notary—and discovered field inspections as another way to use the skills and tools I already had.
I’ve completed more than 1,500 inspections. The Formula grew out of that experience: the preparation, the questions, and the lessons I wish someone had explained when I started.

Do I need field inspection experience?
No prior inspection experience is required to begin learning the material. Each inspection company sets its own onboarding, background, equipment, and experience requirements.
What equipment will I need?
A smartphone, reliable transportation, and internet access are common starting points. Some assignments require additional tools. The training helps you understand what to prepare and why you should read each assignment’s requirements first.
Is this a job placement program?
No. This is an educational program. You will learn about the work and how to prepare and apply. Companies decide whom they onboard and which assignments they offer.
Can I fit inspections around my notary appointments?
Some assignments may fit between existing appointments. Deadlines, travel, site access, and reporting requirements vary. Evaluate the full assignment before accepting it.
Does enrollment guarantee assignments or income?
No. Assignments and income are not guaranteed. Availability varies by area and company, and results depend on your qualifications, applications, availability, and execution.
